2. OUR SITE VISIT BRIEF
Our destination is Riverstone Eco Resort
which located at Hutan Lipur Sungai Tua.
We needed to saty at there for 2 days 1
night to complete our site investigation. We
went there at 15th April 2013 and back on
16th April 2013. The idea of this trip is to
allow the students to experience nature
and as to fullfill ENBE Project One which the
students need to study, explore and observe
the
natural habitat

3. ARRIVED RIVERSTONE
15th April 2013 , we departed from Taylor’s
Uni (Block B) at 9am . We arrived
Riverstone
around 10.30am. Then our lecturers start
their briefing and allowed us to explore our
site after the brief.

5. INVESTIGATING OUR SITE
After we found our site, we start taking photo and video for our group video. We
also
start to find those creatures and plants at our site to meet the requirement of the
project brief.

Dragonfly is characterized by
large multifaceted eyes, two
pairs of strong
transparent wings
and an elongated body

17. LIFE CYCLE OF MIMOSA PUDICA L.
Seeds Mimosa pudica
Soak seeds in warm water until
they become swollen covering
with soil two to three times their
thickness. Keep the growing
medium moist at all times. Do not
over-water or allow it to dry out
completely. Place in bright light
and wait for germination
Transplant into pots when
seedlings reach about 4 inches in
height, and resume regular care
for the plant's life.
In young plants, the
Mimosa pudica has erect
stems that transform to 5-
foot long creeping or trailing
stems. Pale, lilac pink
flowers in summer look like
fluffy balls, yet each cluster
holds individual flowers.

18. SENSE ---- SEE
I saw the water flows to the pond. I saw
wilted leaves beside the pond with some
elephant ear plants. Other than that, I
also
saw moss on the stones.

19. SENSE --- HEAR
I heard the sound of streaming of water at
our
site. I also heard many birds tweeting on the
rubber trees.

20. SENSE --- TASTE
I tasted the water in the river, it was
tasteless. I also tasted the sand
beside
the pond and it was also tasteless.
Then I tasted the grass. It was a bit
bitter.

21. SENSE --- SMELL
The mint smelled minty. There were
some rubbish smells in the forest which
not far from our site.

22. SENSE --- FEEL
The rubber tree was rough when I touched
it.
When I picked up the stone which covered
by
sand, it was wet and big.
