付与された識別子。主にジャーナルなど、オンライ
ンで入手可能で DOI (digital object identifiers) が付記
されているものは，参考文献一覧にも明記する。

 doi と識別番号を結ぶコロンの間にスペースは不要

 オンラインで入手可能で DOI が付与されていない
出版物に関しては， URL を付与する必要あり（第
6 版から）

参考文献を記していく。

Reference でも以下のように番号付けをする。
