 Marine: Manage vessel registration, nomination, arrival
notice, anchorage operation to its resource planning
utilization, barge operations, berth planning, vessel services,
and sail out including marine closure.
 Cargo: Manage multi-cargo capability like liquid, bulk, break-bulk
to containers, along with details like standard & custom
documentation with billing and invoicing.
 Container: Manage container operations planning for yard,
bay, and vessel, stuffing, de-stuffing, automatic job
allocation through RDT integration, and daily equipment
allocation.
 CFS: Manage all functions like LCL, handling of
trans-shipment cargo, FCL un-stuffing/stuffing, rework/
consolidation operations, cross-stuffing, storage-open/
covered, delivery of cargo comprising of inter port transfer,
internal shifting, additional services inspection of containers,
etc.
 Planning: Manage graphical planning for all resources like
crew, equipment, yard, operations like berthing, pilotaging
and load and discharge etc., including allocating/assigning
resources to jobs.
 Billing: Manage configuration of all port services tariff’s
contracts, agreements and generate bills as per the services
provided. Automatically generate billing and configure
multiple payment terms based on business milestones
agreed. Integrate with ERP for GL level, business partner
(customer/vendor) level, masters, and transaction level.
 Logistics: Manage the export/import (EXIM) process of
handling liquid, container, bulk or break-bulk to break-bulk
or bulk, invoices, and delivery order.
 Alerts and Notifications: Manage configuration of alerts and
notifications via Email and SMS. Any process deviation,
completion, assignment, or other status updates can be
configured here.
 Workflow: Manage creation of clear and concise business
process work flows for all transactions/processes in all
modules with multiple & multi-level approvers on specific
business process conditions.
Management Information System (MIS): Configurable
dashboards based on roles and 140 reports addressing various
users and decision makers. Reports can be configured for auto
emailing at a regular interval.
