Dear Parents and Guardians,
Can you believe that your child is in fifth grade already?
I have been an elementary teacher for the past nineteen years, the last four years as the
GSSD Elementary Math Coach. My family consists of my husband Johnny and two children,
Jonathon and Lukas. My husband works as a Locomotive Engineer for Canadian Pacific
Railway. My eldest son Jonathon is entering grade eleven, and Lukas is entering grade ten.
I am passionate about teaching, learning, and working collaboratively with others. I have
a strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and instruction. I love learning and that is why I
am also attending university (I have two classes left to my Masters in Education).
It is my honour to learn and teach with your child.
