awareness of personality disorder (PD) and raise
much needed funds to continue to educate
and fight the stigma associated with this much
maligned aand misunderstood mental health
condition.

What is personality disorder?
The term personality disorder is used to describe
problematic ways of coping with everyday life and dealing
with self and others. Personality disorders are complex
and there are different types including borderline PD
(BPD). People affected by PD may present with a range
of physical, mental health and social problems such as
substance misuse, depression and suicide risk, housing
problems and long-standing interpersonal problems.
