3. • This video is made for future interns and full-time
employees.
• At Teamitt we follow 3 step process:
• STEP 1: The day starts with goal setting. In this
meeting the items on which you would be
working that day would be agreed upon. The
expectations of the results by the end of the day
are agreed upon and set. This is done with your
project manager. The duration of this meeting
can range anywhere between 10 minutes to 1
hour.

4. • SETP 2: At the end of the day the status report
with detailed explanation of the progress
accomplished during the workday towards the
goals set for the day is sent to the project
manager.
• STEP 3: The project manager prepares
feedback and inputs for next day’s goals
meeting based on the status report received.
