Digital innovation does not require a large budget. Instead of seeking a single solution, organizations should encourage new ideas and solutions that push boundaries. Innovation should be embraced through collaboration, communication, community building, and collective intelligence. Digital technologies enable personal learning networks unconstrained by location or time. Constant communication, sharing of ideas and updates are key.
