CAWI SURVEY (Computer Web Assisted Interview) :
   Respondents came from:
         The Breakfast Tour Van, parked in towns, in front of shopping malls, etc.
         Internet: invitation to visit the website on packaging & mailing campaign


FIELDWORK
   Survey carried out from September 2011 to June 2012
