QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
GS-09 Specialized Experience: Must have one year of specialized experience which has
equipped you with the particular tasks to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that
is typically in the occupation or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. The
specialized experience must demonstrate your ability to serve as the analyst and consultant for
the management and administration of programs within the directorate; serve as coordination
point for all program requirements; and provide guidance concerning management principles,
organizational theory and techniques of analysis. The specialized experience must also
demonstrate knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and
Powerpoint at a high level on a routine basis. To be creditable, this specialized experience must
