PLAN:
Remove existing patio under the kitchen and
replace with unitary reinforced concrete.
Place grill and refrigerator in deeper, long leg of
“L” along house.
Construct a tall backsplash behind the grill and
shorter ones on either side.
Place sink in short leg without backsplash
toward front yard (to preserve view).
Integrate firewood storage into the short end
nearest the fire pit.
Site before: 30+ year old patio (some subsiding)
Remove short brick wall and integrate new.

Single basin sink with disposal Fill existing step to avoid trip hazard.
