This document discusses aging and older workers in the United States workforce. It provides statistics that show the population and employment of those aged 65 and older has significantly increased between 1977 and 2007. Specifically, the number of older workers in full-time employment nearly doubled from 1995 to 2007, while part-time employment only rose 19%. So most older workers are now working full-time.
