SharePoint Saturday New York City event slides for general information and house keeping

2. OPENING REMARKS, KICK OFF!
Thank You for attending our 8th SharePoint Saturday New York!
Our team has worked very hard to bring you this event and we hope to continue to do so.
Organizer’s are not paid to run these events and Speakers are not paid to come, we are
community leaders that donate our time & energy to bring you events like this.
We could not pull off an event in this scale without the help of Sponsors. This entire event
and the experience you’ll have is 100% funded by our Sponsors.

3. 3 SIMPLE RULES
1) Be courteous to the speakers, sponsors, staff & other attendees.
1a) Keep cellphones and device on silent or vibrate during sessions
2) Please tidy up after yourself, don’t leave trash around.
3) Suspicious activity will get you thrown out
WARNING:
In the event you can’t follow our simple rules you could be asked to leave. 
We reserve the right to remove anyone at any time for any reason.

4. VENUE LOGISTICS
• Bathrooms – See map for details
• Coffee [available all day], Snacks, & Lunch
will be served in the 5th floor kitchen
• Lunch will be served in the 6th floor hall
• Extra Lunch, Drinks & Snacks will be in the
6th floor kitchen after lunch
• SharePint – Immediately afterwards @
Scallywags.

• Session Rooms are numbers on the Map.

5. BINGO CARDS
• Bingo Cards = how you win prizes at the end of the event.
• The cards must be stamped by ALL the Sponsors in order to be eligible to win.
• For the grand prizes [Surface 4 Pro, Xbox One, etc..] you must have opted-in when
registering.
• Must be here to win at the end of the day.
