 A member can submit a business
proposal in one of the following
sectors: AGRICULTURE,
FOOD&BEVERAGE, TECHNOLOGY.
 OpenCircle team evaluates, cross-
validates, identifies possible
weaknesses and suggests remedies
that strengthen the business
proposition.
 If the proposal satisfies OpenCircle
criteria then the securities
investment services company
formulates the investment offer, the
project is published and fund-raising
period starts.

investor. Applicants that satisfy
OpenCircle criteria and KYC
(performed by securities investment
services company) become investors
and can access all information about
a project including financial data in
order to perform their own business
assessment.
 The financial characteristics of the

investment services company who
also has the mandate for the
placement in question.

 An investor first expresses an
intention to invest via OpenCircle
platform.
 The investment is collected and the
transaction is performed by
securities investment services
company . Funds are transferred to a
special company account. There is no
financial transaction of any kind via
OpenCircle or PARNASSE S.A.
 Formal capital increase process takes
place following the regulations in
power.
