This is a description of what my K-2 students need to do upon entering the classroom for our afterschool program.

2. 21st Century Afterschool Program
Welcome to your 21st Century
Afterschool Program. Mrs. Spies has
made this slideshow to teach you
how to enter her classroom correctly
and get ready for the afternoon.

3. Please Walk in quietly.

4. Coat Room
Please hang up your backpack, coat and any other
belongings in the coatroom. Remember to be quick
and save your talking for your table.

5. Bathroom
Next, make sure to use the bathroom if you
need to.

6. Sink
Wash your hands before snack time.

7. Attendance
Make sure to move your name
on the SMARTboard so Mrs. Spies
knows you are here.

8. Sit
Find a seat. Once you pick a seat, stay seated
until snack is over.

9. Say HI!
• Make sure to say hello to everyone at your
table.

10. Wait
Quietly talk to the friends at your table
and wait for snack.

11. Snack
Be patient. Once everyone has a snack you may
begin.

12. Clean up
Once you are done with snack please throw your
trash away.

13. Sit
Please sit back down and wait for the rest of
your friends to finish.

14. HANDS UP, HEADS UP!
The person of the day will clean each table.

15. Chairs
Please push your chairs in before leaving your
table.

16. Door
Line up at the door to go to your first class.
