TECHNICAL DATA
DESCRIPTION:
SMR-110, 4.2 V.O.C. Speedo Mobile Repair clearcoat has been specifically formulated for the
mobile repair industry. SMR-110 has been designed to increase productivity without sacrificing
quality. SMR-110 is a 2K acrylic urethane clear with superior UV and chemical resistance.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT INFORMATION:
SMR-110, Speedo Mobile Repair 4.2 V.O.C. clearcoat utilizes new resin technology which allows
for an extremely fast cure while maintaining an ultra high gloss. SMR-110 is easy to apply and
can be BUFFED in 15 MINUTES, yielding a DOI equal to an overnight dry clear.

NOTE: Using any other reducer will DECREASE product performance.
MIX RATIO:
SMR-110 is activated with SMR-150 (Speedo Activator) at a 4:1 ratio and can be reduced up
to 5% with SMR-300 / SMR-310 / SMR-320 Speedo Reducers.

BASECOAT:
Can be applied over any urethane compatible basecoat. Please follow the basecoat
manufacture’s recommended clearcoat dry times. To increase Basecoat adhesion to substrate
and/or clearcoat, add 5-10% SMR-600 Speedo Base Activator to mixed basecoat prior to
application.

2. GUN SETUP
Fluid Tip psi
Mini Spray Gun 1.0 – 1.3mm 5-15 psi
Conventional Gravity Feed 1.3mm 25-30 psi
APPLICATION
Using a 1.0-1.3 mm spray tip, apply 2-5 coats continuously until desired leveling is achieved.
No flash required between coats.
DRY TIMES
Air Dry

Bake Time 5 minutes @120°F to 140°F
BLENDING
Using SMR-400-Q / SMR-410-A Speedo Blend apply a light mist to blend edge after each
coat until desired look is achieved.
RECOATABILITY/REPAIR
SMR-110 Speedo Clear may be recoated for repair. After cool down when baked. Air dry
repair 1 hour.
