This lesson plan is for a Year 10 GCSE Spanish class on Wednesday 26th February. The objective is to understand and use the preterite tense. Students will be grouped by color - red, amber, green - based on their skill level with the preterite tense. Activities include watching a video, completing homework and exercises, matching past tense verbs, and writing a paragraph about their last weekend using the preterite tense and higher level vocabulary. Extension tasks allow students to get feedback on their writing and complete additional exercises.
