How to sign up for a SolidWorks customer portal account

At the top of the page click Login >> SolidWorks Customer Portal then follow the link bottom right to create an account. You will need to provide your SolidWorks Serial Number (S/N) and a valid email address and some details about your business that need to match those supplied to us i.e. Company name. Please note that when tying in your SolidWorks serial number not to add any spaces into the dialogue box. To be eligible for a valid customer portal account you will also be required to have SolidWorks Subscription. You can also download SolidWorks updates and submit enhancement requests for improving SolidWorks functionality. You can also use your Customer Portal details to log on to the SolidWorks Forums, where you can ask questions and also find a wealth of extra information regarding SolidWorks. If for some reason after you have created your customer portal account you find that most services in the above image have a little padlock next to them do not worry simply click on Register My Products located under My Support, here you will be prompted to re-enter your valid SolidWorks serial number. You may also need to do this if you have previously created a customer portal and have just come back onto subscription, simply click on Register My Products and follow the prompts.
