4. You are going to be given a list of questions you
need to decided whether they are open or closed
questions and stick them in the right column. Set
out your columns as below:

5. You are going to be asked to design a
questionnaire either using closed questions or
open questions to find out information on school,
sport or if you have your own ideas, use them. (
check with me first!)
You need to first decide on an hypothesis and then
write 10 questions to gain information to help you
to get an answer to your question.
Hand the questionnaires to me and I will distribute
them to members of the class to complete and then
hand them back to you to analyse.
