29. PEST ANALYSIS ECONOMIC The National Debt has steadily increased from 2000 to 2008 As can be seen, the unemployment rate through the first half of this decade was steadily declining until the economic meltdown in late 2007.
30. PEST ANALYSIS By observing a 12 month moving average of the inflation rate instead of the annual inflation rate, we can observe that inflation has risen from around 2% in 2000 to 3.5% in 2009. The all time high in this time period though was a little over 4%.
