  • 3. What : What is the event about On the first weekend of March 2013, people interested in service and customer experience will meet at locations all over the globe. They will be designers, students, academics, business people, customers, mums, kids and grand-dads. Entrepreneurship Social inclusion Smart city & society within the proposed Cultural activities theme by the GSJ you Leisure & sport activities can pursue our own Sustainable cities design issues and ethical endeavours Design for all & by all
