were lead to question why or if increased levels of fertilizer impair aquatic ecosystems. Therefore
we conducted research to find the correlation with increased levels of fertilizer and algae
production. To conduct our research we obtained three samples from Dolese Pond, and within two
of these samples fertilizer was added. After the fertilizer was added, measurements of dissolved
oxygen, within each sample, were then taken over a course of four weeks. Our results offered that
within the initial measurements the control held the least amount of dissolved oxygen while the
sample with the added 10 mL of fertilizer yielded the highest amounts of dissolved oxygen.
Dissolved oxygen concentrations need to be maintained within bodies of water due to the fact that
this oxygen is needed to support life while preserving the health for the overall aquatic environment

The Bombing On 16th Street Baptist Church Essay
In 1963, a month after Martin Luther King s I have a dream speech rang harmonies of freedom
and equality throughout the United States, Klan members set off dynamite in the sixteenth Baptist
Church. The resulting explosion and compromise in the integrity of the building killed four girls.
These girls, Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Wesley, Carole Robertson, and Denise McNarr were the
victims of this atrocity. The events that followed furthered the bloodshed. Thousands of black
protestors flooded the streets in protest of the horrific acta that took place in the sixteenth Baptist
street church [2]. It was not until 2001 and 2002 when some of the men responsible for the
crimes would be prosecuted and eventually convicted. Though the intent of the bombing was to
instill fear and panic into the black community, what came about was unity and a call to action.
During this call to action, people had different ideas on how to respond to the events surrounding
the bombing on 16th street Baptist church. The response ranged from marching, protests, and
most importantly, music. During the Civil Rights movement, music allowed artists to express
their dissent through a medium in which their message could reach a plethora of peoples. Music

Claude LГ©vi Strauss was a French anthropologist who believed that the myths created and told
by a society could be a window into the beliefs and conflicts of that society. As a Structuralist,
LГ©vi Strauss saw stories as language and sought to understand their underlying grammar. This
he believed centered on pairs of opposite ideas, held by the culture, but creating tension within it
the raw and the cooked, the sacred and the profane, and so on. School of Rock, a 2003 film

showed that 91% of rape victims are female... and 99% of arrestees for rape are male. Many
