Nearly 20 years after our nation s schools began using zero tolerance discipline
policies to curb violence, drug usage and threats of violence, reform efforts are
now in the works. Recent data on the rates of suspensions and expulsions have lead
school officials to the question: Are zero tolerance policies are being overused?
Today there are many school districts are trying new approaches, such as behavior
counseling, which were strongly encouraged by the Obama administration.
Advocates of these policies agree that some school districts have been
overenthusiastic but say schools are much safer today largely because of said

Antidepressants are a type of medication used to treat depression or prevent it
recurring.
In addition, they are used to treat a number of other conditions including;
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD),
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD),
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
How do antidepressants work?
The belief is that antidepressants work by increasing levels of a group of chemicals in
the brain called neurotransmitters. Certain neurotransmitters, such as serotonin and
noradrenaline, can improve mood and emotion, although we do not yet fully
understand this process
While antidepressants can help treat the symptoms of depression, they do not always
SSRIs are the most widely prescribed type of antidepressants.
They are usually preferred over other antidepressants as they cause fewer side effects.
Fluoxetine is probably the best known SSRI (Prozac).
Other SSRIs include citalopram (Cipramil), paroxetine (Seroxat), and sertraline

Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) are an older type of antidepressant. Doctors rarely
prescribe these as a first line treatment for depression as they can be more dangerous
if an overdose occurs. They also cause more unpleasant side effects than SSRIs and
SNRIs.
Examples of TCAs include amitriptyline (Tryptizol), clomipramine (Anafranil),
imipramine (Tofranil), lofepramine (Gamanil) and nortriptyline (Allegron).

HK s economy was based on services, tourism and trading. According to data in
Exhibit1, the number of visitors is 1570 times its local population in 1999, with an
amount of 10.7 billion. Although we see the financial crisis had an impact on
tourism, but it recovered quickly from 11.7 billion in 1996 to 9.6 billion in 1998
then back to 10.7 billion in 1999. We anticipate a further recovery as the economy
warm up. As a tourist resort, Hong Kong Disneyland has high profit potential.
In a word, the relative exposure of credit risk is low.
* Syndicate risk
Hong Kong Disneyland asked for full underwriting. If the syndication is not
successful under subscription, Chase would end up holding too much loans and
higher credit exposure to the project. For example, if there is only one arranger and
single stage general syndication, the max exposure of Chase would be the total
amount $HK 3.3 billion in an extreme case when nobody comes to commit for the
loan.
However, a senior HK government official underscored the government s
commitment to the project at Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Conference, there
is a high potential of success syndication since other banks observed the government s
backing on this project.
