The proteins of Bovine red blood cell (RBC) membranes were analyzed using polyacrylamide gel
electrophoresis. After analyzing Bovine RBC they were then compared to human RBC counterpart.
Following finding the log of each molecular weight of each band, band one showed the highest
molecular weight. All five bands viewed were from humans. There are typically 7 bands visible
however, in our case only five were visible due to implications within the gel sample.

power struggles and scheming amongst characters, all in the hopes of achieving one thing: complete

their allies, set targets on their enemies, and manipulate situations and one another in an attempt to
reach their end goals. Each character that strives to colonize the island has different motives based on

On both pages, this individual of color is portrayed as smaller than the adult white male and placed in
the background making seem as if he less important than the white individual. This reinforces the false
stereotype that African Americans are untrustworthy and incapable of holding positions of power. The
reader is forced to believe that the white individual is the leader and giving orders to everybody else in

happens a little while later. When Rome fell, Europe, no longer being in a united and unified empire,

Despite having our eyes wide open, we failed to actually see the world. Susan Neiman s article caught
me completely off guard. Even as someone who grew up outside of the United States, I was taught
educated by my teachers that the Atomic bombs, which exploded in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, were the
most crucial elements that led to the surrender of Japan during World War II. Many US historians also

fundamental basic difference between the Japanese government and the ordinary citizens of
Hiroshima. It is true to say that the emperor of Japan declared war and the Japanese troops invaded
several countries, but should primary school children who had just began grasping the world be held
accountable for their government s mistakes? How are the innocent schoolgirls, the uninvolved
