- Ladies and Gentelman. Thank you all for coming here. Today I’m going to talk about my translation IA to librarians in Poland. I am a university teacher and I work at the Library and Information Science Institute at the Pedagogical University in Krakow. The main aim of my presentation is to show how two professions Information Service and IA could cooperate and make benefits in Polish circumstances. I’m going to focus on librarians in Poland: especially how they get to know about IA discipiline and how they can use it in their profession activity. The „bridge” is a link (relation) connecting both professions, I’ll describe features that are similar and that differentiate both professions.
