The Client wanted to built the application with a vision of unique design and
user convenience. The user interface is made as simple as possible.
Considering business perspective, the application was made technically and
functionally scalable. More than that the application is used in entire US but
acts as locally. Powerful search functionality has added flavor to this
application, it can search item by city, state and category wise.
The Client portal provides a marketplace where sellers or merchants can list
their products or merchandise for promotion and sales. A cost-effective
means to access an integrated sales processing system that contains all the
tools and information necessary to manage a complete sales-cycle. The
portal would provide the option to list individual advertisements for each
merchant that can be viewed by potential buyers. The products will be listed
based on state and city across US. This will help the potential buyers to select
the state or city to see the list of available products which are on sale. The
buyers have the option to do a search based on various available categories
and keywords.
Therefore, the Client wanted to partner with a team who could help them
quickly architect, develop, test the application. Sigma Infosolutions

Solution
Sigma Infosolutions’ BI team successfully compiled BI architecture required for the
project which was then used by all other different vendors/teams working on the
project including Sigma. We were able to successfully set up a template for the
reporting structure across all different teams onboard. Effectively setup the
continuous integration infrastructure along with periodic checkouts with GITHUB
(repository used) and pushing them onto the staging environment. The solution had 3
organizations in the suite consisting mainly of admin, manager and users.
