As a consultant and contractor my responsibilities have been in design as well as construction
management for the whole project from inception to complete build for civil engineering
construction projects in land development sector, and construction management for wireless
carriers as well as business development. Areas of expertise includes preparation and
development of Tentative Maps, Precise/Rough grading plans, Hydrology studies and storm
drain systems, and roadway improvement plans.

SAMPLE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PROJECTS:
Land Development & subdivision : (DESIGN )
“BIG T” Development – 545 residential lots with 5 acres commercial development- Buena Park,
CA
The main project run-offs were drained to LACFC and OCFC flood control channel in which I
prepared the final drainage report, EIR analysis, and projects specifications, maps, and cost
estimates for the entire development including sanitary pump station, traffic signals, and State route
39 roadway design and realignments. I lead teams of engineers and designers in variety of complex
and challenging engineering issues. Managed a complex permitting process through 3 cities and 2
agencies for approvals.

As Consultant, I performed engineering design work involving plans and specifications for
roadways, Drainage, and sanitary facilities and utilities systems. As Assistant RE, I performed
onsite daily construction inspection on forced accounts, and construction management services.
Prepared and reviewed horizontal and vertical alignments and curve computations;
Made field investigations of wet and dry utilities and made appropriate design changes
