Recruitment ::

    Handled Grassroot level , Middle level & Senior Level Recruitment for the region
     standalone .
    Hired Mass recruitment numbers during season time along with the Business
     Managers .
    Conducting Preliminary Rounds , Explaining the Job Description and taking the
     process to closure by final selection of candidates .
    Managing numbers keeping the TAT to the minimum .
    Matching JD with the candidate to a “T “ .
    Joining And Exit Formalities for staff ( On roll) in North
    Back ground Verification Formalities and reference checks for the new staff .
    Completing IAF after the Interview process .
    Coordinating with vendors for the candidates
    Conducting Campus Placements with the Team
    Maintaining database & MIS of the selected candidates and the probable
     candidates .
    Updating the new hires in the HRIS .
    Promoting the referral schemes while carrying out the Recruitment Drive to
     motivate the staff .
    Selecting at the end :: ”Right Candidate for the Right Job! ” .




Induction & Orientation ::

    Induction & Orientation of New Joinees in North
    Giving Presentation about Company to the new hire
    Explaining the HR Related Policies to he new hire .
    Arranging and coordinating for the I Card, Access Card, Uniform , Access Card ,

    Giving Induction Lunch to the new joinee

     time in coordination with Mumbai Head –Office.
    Coordinating with Statutory Bodies like of various Statutory Compliances –
     ESIC, Gratuity & PF.
    Processing of the Reimbursement benefits for Employees on a monthly basis.
    Coordinating with various Units(17) across North on a Day-to-Day basis.
    Liasioning with the Support Depts. of the company
    Interacting with Line managers and staff on day to day basis.
