To become a member, you must purchase at least 200 points (each product has corresponding points). The numbers above are your recruits with different packages (200 points, 300 points, 400 points, or 500 points). All the points you have earned in your left leg will be added at the end of the week. Then, the points in your right leg.
Since there is no 2500 points in the payout schedule, we get the lower value, which is 2000. This will give you $400 for the week, or Php 18,400. We subtract the paid points.
