What makes “KHAVE DELICIOSO” coffee shop different from the others?

To ensure our exceptional reputation, we continue to provide finest quality coffee that fits the lifestyle of every individual. And by the year 2015, we’re expanding our business by putting up more branches and one of the leading companies in coffee industry.

To exceed the satisfaction of customer by serving them a hand-picked coffee while enjoying our distinctive ambiance.
MANAGEMENT PROFILE
	ROSENIE ESTALLO – President/ General Manager, the one who is generally responsible for the overall day-to-day activities of the organization. Usually signs major contracts, stock certificate and other legal documents as required. Frequently, she’s also carrying the responsibility for leading and coordinating the strategic planning functions of the company.
	SHEENA MARIE ORA – Operations Vice President, the one who make sure that the highest levels of business practices are in place and continuously monitors and upgrades operating systems. By means of this, the effective planning, directing, coordinating and all activities of the operation, product development and ensuring the most feasible methods will handle of the Operations Vice President.
	  CRISTINA DIOSAY – Financial Vice President, regularly reports to the firm's chief executive officer and directs all the financial activities of the organization. Typically deals with the institution's major financial issues, companywide strategies and banking relationships. In addition, she’s also oversees the financial operations and departments, such as accounting and others that related to finance.
	ERWIN ZAMORA – Marketing Vice President, the one who’s directly responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for branding, promoting and selling products or services to achieve corporation’s financial objectives. Apparently, extends his responsibility in ensuring a marketing message and positioning on a worldwide basis consistent with the corporate direction.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT ASPECT
