Project Cyber Wellness at Nan Hua High School aimed to raise awareness of internet addiction among students. It identified excessive internet use as a key issue through surveys and focus groups. An information and communications club worked with students to show an educational video and hold class discussions. A post-evaluation found increased awareness of internet addiction and intentions to reduce online time and prioritize schoolwork and family. Future plans included expanding the program school-wide and developing additional educational activities.
