13. • Most of the employees covered under my study have not been found to be
feeling any stress in the job related and working environment.
• The employees in general felt that the work culture in the company is good.
• There is no employee in BVG who is working here just for the sake of the
job.
• The BVG training and development modules have been developed in a
systematic way where in employee training need is assessed and met
timely, i.e. they are trained in due course.
• The employees have been found to be optimistic and sincere and they never
try to avoid work.
• The employees of BVG are fully satisfied with the grievance settlement
procedure.
14. • The sample of workers are not representative of the total workforce.
• The workers hesitate disclosing the true facts in order to secure their job.
• The time taken for my project study was 45 days to gather opinions from
the employees and the management.
• Research is based on personal opinion of the respondents which may vary
depending upon their personal views.
15. • It is better to keep employees aware of the company goals, vision, mission and keep them
informed of all the changes taking place in the company then it would definitely go a long
way in the efficiency of the employees.
• There should be no communication gap between the team leader and group members.
• It is better to take timely preventive measures that the work would not be overloaded and
maintain better quality of work life.
• The efforts to further improve the work culture in the organization should be continued.
• The training and development programs can also be more effectively planned and
implemented.
16. • Employees appreciate the work culture prevailing in the organization.
• The career developmental activities are satisfactory but the management
needs to focus more on these activities.
• BVG maintains good quality circle and it can be improved further.
• The relationship that persists between the management and employees is
quite good.
• Compensation paid to the employees is average and the management needs
to focus on this category.
• Good performance in the organization is attracted by promotion, job
enrichment, monetary benefits, etc.
