This document discusses several gastrointestinal manifestations of various dermatologic disorders including: - Epidermolysis bullosa can cause esophageal strictures and dysphagia due to blistering and scarring from minor trauma in the esophagus. - Mastocytosis can cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and malabsorption due to histamine release and increased gastric acid from mast cell infiltration in the GI tract. - Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia can cause bleeding from telangiectasias in the GI tract, including the stomach and small bowel. - Metastatic melanoma may present with anemia, intestinal obstruction or bleeding from tumors deposits in the GI tract.
