The institute offers BE programs in various disciplines and has 31 faculty members teaching 394 students. It contains details of its well-equipped labs and a library with over 7,735 books. SITM focuses on preparing detailed lesson plans, guest lectures, practical sessions, and doubt classes to enhance the learning experience.

• Choice of subjects asked from each faculty member.

• STUDENTS’ PROJECT POLICY
Uniform Procedure for planning and execution of project
Project coordinator appointed by each department who follows a common time line
Suggestions for the projects
- Faculty suggests the project along with the brief synopsis and a note on cost and feasibility.
- Students are encouraged to come up with their own ideas and discuss its possibility with the
project coordinator or any faculty member they wish to consult.
- No two projects should be conceptually same
Project approval by the evaluation committee appointed by the department
Group formation
- Each project group shall consist of four members in general.
Evaluation
- Based on planning of the project, team work, and actual work accomplished.
