Founded in 2004, A-FILM is a movie
production company with offices in
Moscow and Berlin. It all started with
providing services for foreign companies
that wanted to film in Russia.
A-FILM represents German quality,
standingfor stressless, cost- and time-
effective filming in the whole of Russia
and other CIS countries.
A-FILM has established itself during the last

Being a professional photographer, graduated from
Direction Department of Russian State University of
Cinematography (VGIK). Matthias has been living in
Moscow more than 10 years, knowing the Russian
market thoroughly.
Matthias Aicher
Executive Producer
Graduated in 2012 from Plekhanov University, faculty
International Economic Relations. Fluent in English,
French, Russian. Works as producer since 2010.
Started her career in 2006 as TV editor, worked for
1st Channel, 5th Channel, MTV, RENtv, MUZtv. Has
big experience in production of TV series,
commercials, music videos, corporate videos etc.
Ksenia Poletika
Executive Producer
Graduated in 2005 from the St. Petersburg State
University of Film and Television, specialising in
sociology. Fluent in English and Russian. Works
as a producer since 2011. Has big experience in
production of TV series, commercials, music
videos, corporate videos etc.
Kirill Zanovskiy
Business Development
Graduate of Moscow State University (MGU) and Ecole Superieure de
Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe) in Business, she joined the team recently.
Fluent in German, Russian, English and French. She co-produced the IPC-
backed documentary about the Sochi 2014 Paralympics “Spirit in Motion”
that will be aired on one of the leading Russian TV channels Rossiya-1.
