This document compares different types of modular bunk houses and shelters made by Evercool, including lift-and-shift/knockdown, dismantle/detachable, and conventional designs. The lift-and-shift modular shelters can be quickly installed and relocated without foundations, while dismantle shelters require time and foundations but are cheaper for longer-term use. Conventional designs are more expensive to transport and install due to their weight.
