Encapsulated East Africa ltd is a private incorporated company in Kenya and Tanzania. The
company was founded in the year 2003 with the commitment to design, install and distribute a full
line of quality and reliable ICT Data Communications products to resellers and end users in the
East and Central African market.
In the last Eight years Encapsulated East Africa has been operating under the name
Encapsulated Multi System. Due to the business opportunity offered by the Common Market for
East Africa countries (KENYA, UGANDA AND TANZANIA) we have expanded by opening
another branch in Tanzania hence consolidating to Encapsulated East Africa LTD.
We have quietly and reliably been serving resellers and corporate consumers alike. Our mission
is to deliver the foremost innovative, versatile, and cost - effective IT and LAN solutions to the
network market. The fast paced and dynamic industry of LAN presents many challenges.

Maintenance of PCs, Servers, Switches, Printers and PABX is carried out by our maintenance
division with highly experienced staff who handle a wide range of products (Cisco, 3Com
HP/Compaq, Dell, IBM, Panasonic, Siemens and Alcatel) supplied by us.
We provide both Preventative and Comprehensive Maintenance Services detailing status,
condition of equipment and recommendations.
