2014 DAM Uncorked Raises over $560,000 for the Denver Art Museum
1.
2. An event that is eagerly anticipated each spring
by Denver wine and art enthusiasts alike, DAM
Uncorked is one of the biggest annual
fundraisers for the Denver Art Museum (DAM).
A multi-part event, DAM Uncorked was held
over the course of two evenings this year.
Friday was a night of wine tasting at the
museum, where over 1,000 attendees gathered
to dip into an extensive selection of more than
300 wines from vintners from around the world.
3. Saturday evening was a more intimate affair,
offering a seated dinner for 320 guests. The dinner
was highlighted by both silent and live auctions,
where guests could bid on a variety of travel
packages, rare wines, and visits to private art
collections.
Event chairwomen Nancy Leprino Henry, Cintra
Pollack, and Amanda Precourt were thrilled to
announce that the DAM Uncorked 2014 event
raised over $560,000, which will be used to support
DAM’s various activities, exhibitions, and
programming. Photos from the event are available
