Membership Roles User Can use any of the projects subject to the licensing agreement Developer / Committer Builds software to be used by foundation members Project Administrator Responsible for overall health and direction of project Board member Provides oversight of all projects, approve new projects Board Chair / President Nominated by board members Runs all meetings
5. Licensing Technology is licensed under the Non-Profit Open Source License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/NOSL3.0.html ) Developers relinquish ownership of all intellectual property submitted to the foundation
6. Individual Project Structure Submitted / initiated by member organizations Multiple developers / committers is ideal for a given project Each project has its own community to facilitate communication Mailing lists ( public / private ) Forums, etc

Consulting Organization Assists membership with expert resources on uses of technology at reduced rates Specification / requirements gathering Project management Determination of applicability to wider membership Develops new technology as required and / or finds the best applications in the marketplace to suit the requirements Mapping, mobility, social network integrations as examples
