2. Woodheights the Spa: Main Events Pavilion, Mataasnakahoy, Batangas From a ‘gym’ structure to Resort Hotel Banquet. This open dining pavilion has undergone a major transformation since the former designer left it bare. It is now, truly a jewel in the development, as one of the earlier structures completed. 6. 2-Storey Ancestral House Restoration/ Mataasnakahoy, Batangas/ Mr. & Mrs. Edwin L. Gardiola A beautiful old house transferred from the province of Bulacan by Lahi Crafts owners into this small town in Batangas retaining most of its salient features. The owner however wanted to expand the living areas – an airconditioned day room and an open air lanai was added and the site around was developed. This basically interior design and restoration project aimed to breathe new life to the old house while maintaining it’s antiquity. 8. WH Realty HQ (Prudential Bldg Renovation) 3-Storey Office Renovation, Lipa City, Batangas The client wanted to do a ‘facelift’ on one of the most ill-maintained buildings in the city. More than a facelift, the interiors were refurbished as well. This building now stands august, and serves as a symbolic impetus to the aesthetic renewal of the old Lipa City center. Woodheights Magic Shell Office/ Gas Station & 2-Storey Office/ Lipa City, Batangas Raschid’s Project Involvement: Interior Layout, Utilities Design, AutoCAD drafting and detailing + weekly supervision One of the most ambitious Adaptive Reuse Projects of the Client. Magic Shell has metamorphosed from a lowly refueling station and greasy machine shop into a full petrol, service center, café and client’s office headquarters.

15. JETBEST Multi-lines Corp. HQ/ 4-Storey Office/ Lipa City, Batangas Responding to the changing needs and sometimes changing mind of the client is an important challenge to the architect and designer. This Office headquarters is a new construction intended for open plan for lease areas with a meat shop and convenience retail area at the ground floor. However, the CEO decided to fit the animal feeds corporation’s main office in this slim yet sturdy building. MS Tire Center & Silverio Residence/ 2-Storey Commercial-Residential/ Lipa City, Batangas Raschid’s Project Involvement: Design Development, AutoCAD drafting and detailing + weekly supervision An aerodynamic looking tire center and service hub for auto enthusiasts in the area, MS Tire Center is actually a mixed-use project which also houses the owner’s home at the second floor of the offices. Designed in the lines of dynamic fit, it is a landmark fronting a boxy mall in the area.

Lipa Medix Medical Center/ 5-Storey Hospital Expansion/ Lipa City, Batangas Hospitals in Lipa City are very competitive but Lipa Medix Medical Center aims to be a cut above the rest providing healthcare comparable to Manila’s top. Consequently, this image of the constant pursuit to be the best in health services is advanced by the building design in the hospitals continuous expansion.
