5. How have you compared profile of target audience? I first researched into the target audience of horror genre films and then looked into what attracts the audience to come and watch the horror films or a pacific film. I wanted to use the information I found from my research to market my publicity campaign target audience using similar elements of real campaign. I compared my target audience to films that influenced my concept such as film like The Ring and Scream.
6. What research have you completed into certification and how did this influence your idea? After completing my research into certification it gave me more of an understanding of what I was able to add into my film campaign and what I couldn’t have. I looked into similar target audience to mine of other horror films and compared what made them effective film and tried to use what I found to influence my decisions. The research allowed me to have a better view of what my campaign may look like, when I start to create my campaign.
