Research work on wind energy

2. This energy comes from the wind

3. People started to use it when the 1st windmills were developed in Persia in 500-900 BC for pumping water and grinding grain

4. We use this energy to produce electricity. Things that work with this energy : Generators, boats, windsurf board, windmills.

5. Wind energy is transformed into electricity. It can be transported through the electric guid.

6. Eolic energy can supply 10% of Spain energy demand. Spain is the third biggest producer of wind energy in the world.

7. The biggest producer of eolic energy the United States of America .

8. Advantages: It is sustainable , It doesn't produce waste products. It has got minimal impact on the environment .
