- 2. Statement of Intent My interest in this program stems from my desire to continue to grow in multiple artistic areas. I have worked as a freelance video editor for 2.5 years and I would like to continue my career as a freelancer. I am looking to expand my skill set to include photography and graphic design as well as continuing with videography. I think this program will be an excellent addition to my Media Arts & Technology degree. I enjoy lifestyle and travel photography and would like to gain more information about the creative and technical process involved in photography that not only presents a beautiful image but also conveys something to its viewer. Storytelling is my passion and I believe this program will be a great asset to my education.
