To Whom It May Concern:
When Sara Beth Marchert first mentioned she was interested in applying to be a State Officer, I was
thrilled for her and am honored to support her however possible.
All of my experiences with Sara Beth relate to FBLA. When Archer High School opened in 2009 and I
became adviser of this extraordinary club, I immediately started hearing the name “Sara Beth.” Without
even meeting her, I knew she was smart and diligent and had more FBLA experience than most students
her age. When we finally did meet, she did not fall short of the many accolades I had heard. If I ever
have a question regarding FBLA where I need a student’s opinion, I turn to her. She is thoughtful,
honest, and educated in our conversations as well as her interactions with her peers and fellow club
members. Her reputation had preceded her and she more than delivered.
In the few years at Archer High School, Sara Beth has held officer positions both at the local and region
levels--Local Chapter President for two years, Local Chapter VP of Competition, Region 11 Vice
President, and Region 11 President. She has competed in events at the Region, State, and National
Leadership Conferences. She has participated in our local service projects, local chapter meetings, and
county ceremonies. More impressively, she has successfully navigated all of this while maintaining a 3.5
grade point average.
By selecting Sara Beth Marchert as State Officer Candidate, you may rest assured you will have chosen a
truly deserving individual.
Sincerely,
Samantha Sinclair
FBLA Adviser
