Responsibilities:
 Perform inspection of incoming products, materials or customers items according to job orders. 
 Perform Stage wise inspection and final job inspection as per quality assurance plan &
raise report. 
 Raise non- conformance report, find Corrective & preventive action and implement whenever
necessary. 
 Prepare necessary QC / Inspection / Test reports/ for the activities needed for job orders
executed in the workshop. 
 Perform weld visual inspection at the shop whenever necessary. 
 Conduct various test like NDT (PT/MT/UT/RT), hydro test, pneumatic test with soap bubble
solution, cycle life test as per quality assurance plan. 
 Conduct calibration of various measuring instruments, plant equipment & welding machine. 
 Coordinate with other department. 
