2. What is bullying?
Bullying is being mean to another person
over and over again. Bullying includes:
• Teasing
• Talking about hurting someone
• Spreading rumours (making up stories
about someone else).
• Leaving kids out on purpose
• Attacking someone by hitting them or
yelling at them
3. What is a bully?
A bully is a person who is bullies another
person.
4. What can you do if you are
being bullied?
• Tell the person to stop and that you do not like
what they are doing.
• Walk away and find a trusted adult (for example:
parent, teacher).
5. Ways to resolve bullying
Lets brainstorm some ideas together!
6. Role Play
In groups, role play the scenario you are given
to the class. The class needs to answer the
following questions:
1. How was the victim being bullied?
2. How did it make them feel?
3. What could they do to help solve the
problem?

In groups, make a mind map using the words we
came up with as a class and adding more of your
own.
