Sammy Fung gave a presentation about volunteer participation in Mozilla and open source communities. He discussed the various user groups and communities he has been involved in organizing over the years in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He then described some key events he has helped organize, such as GNOME.Asia 2012 in Hong Kong and annual COSCUP conferences in Taiwan. Fung also talked about his involvement with the Mozilla community, including Firefox parties in Hong Kong and MozCamp Asia 2012 in Singapore. He concluded with information about the Mozilla Rep program and his new role as the first Mozilla Rep in Hong Kong.
