Description:
The project involves Implementation of PeopleSoft CRM for the Helpdesk for HR
modules. It involves real time Integration with PeopleSoft HCM using delivered EIP’s and
various interfaces with the existing non-PeopleSoft applications like Iagra etc. The
application will be used by Employees, Managers and Back Office agents across the
globe 24*7. All employees (Aprox. 1.4 lacs) will be logging there HR related queries and
cases logging in through Enterprise Portal and accessing the CRM application.
