Description:
The project involves Implementation of PeopleSoft CRM for the Helpdesk for HR
modules. It involves real time Integration with PeopleSoft HCM using delivered EIP’s and
various interfaces with the existing non-PeopleSoft applications like Iagra etc. The
application will be used by Employees, Managers and Back Office agents across the
globe 24*7. All employees (Aprox. 1.4 lacs) will be logging there HR related queries and
cases logging in through Enterprise Portal and accessing the CRM application.

Roles and Responsibilities:
    Managing a team of 17 members which include project implementation,
       development and data migration activities.
    Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Management Plan, including the
       configuration management, risk management, change management, and
       communication plans.
    Coordinate and monitor the activities of project team ensuring that all the work is
       undertaken in accordance with the project plan.
    Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes are communicated to all
       stakeholders.

       Orbit, Oasis and GFS. Both inbound and outbound interfaces were developed to upload
       flat files from legacy systems.

       Project Management (handling 25 member’s team)

               configuration management, risk management, change management, and

           Coordinate and monitor the activities of project team ensuring that all the work is
