We will launch supermarket. We offer lots of great goods to customer. And, we want customer to

Our supermarket always lays in stock of vegetables and fish every morning because we keep them
the freshness.
In addition, we creat some lunch boxs in supermarket every morning.
For how to creat them, at first, we cook some vegetables and fish which we laid in stock of.
Second, we boil the rice in rice-cookers in supermarket.
When it is boiled, we dish it up some lunch boxes.
Third, we season some vegetables and meat after we fry them.
Then, we season fish after we fry it.
Finally, we dish them up some lunch boxes.
C. How does a person (customer or employee) decide what to do (what to make or what to buy)?
Customers don't have to reserve the necessity and becoume a member to buy the commodity in
our supermarket. Customers only have to come to our supermarket and buy a favorite items. But if we
can not found the favorite items, it is also possible to obtain our supermarket.Our supermarket always
puts a popular commodity. Our clerk is making an effort for that to put a popular commodity hearing
customer's favor.
D. How are the products packaged?
Generally, we do not have to package our sell items. Because items are packaged before arrival
goods. But, sometimes we should package our items. For example, someone who are home-aloner buy
some vegetables in the summer, they are easyly to go bad, so someone must be think that I want to buy
small vegetable. So, we cut down them half or quater to realize customer's needs. We must always
think about customers to be satisfied with them.
E. Is there a training program to teach employees or customers about the product? (How to use it or
how to make it?)
We have 4 training program to teach employees.
First, how to treat with customers. Employee always services to customers. So, employee learn how
to treat with customers.
Second, how to use a cash register. If it is crowded in cash register place, it increase cashiers. So, all
employees should be known how to use a cash register.
Next, how to display goods. If some goods are confused, customers don't become to want to buy it.
Finally, how to manage goods. If it run short goods, proceed will decrease. So, it is important for
proceed to manage goods.
2. F. Is there any extra support available for employees or customers if they need it? For example, is there
a help line? Is there a FAQ (frequently asked questions)? Is your guide multi-lingual?
To create a more better supermarket, We should think some supports to customer. For example, we
create Customer Support Corner to check customer's lost or forgotten something or to handle some
displeasure or trouble of customers on telephone. In order to solve customer's ploblems, they must be
concider to our market isvery good and comfort. So if we maintain comfort of customer, the number of
costomers are increased absolutely day by day. Finally, we can develop our supermarket than ever now.

We gain question ground when customers are troubled. For example, e-mail address, homepage
URL, FAX, etc.
