- Good morning. It’s our pleasure to be here today to talk about what we have learned about the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprise to engage human and financial capital. We’re also here to tell you about how the Business Retention & Expansion model we’re using builds capacity. My name is Simeon Roberts and I’m an economic geographer.
