• If the chazzan for Shacharit/Mussaf or the baal koreh for Torah reading is someone unfamiliar to the
gabbaim, kindly include a phone number where the person can be reached. Our gabbaim will do their
due diligence to determine that this individual is appropriate to daven or lain for our shul.
• If any guests receiving aliyot who would like a mi sheberach for their family members, they must
come with a pre-written list of their family members Hebrew names.
